Total remodeling/restoration of a 1948 Midcentury Modern medical building for this expanding dental practice in the Eat Street area of Minneapolis, MN. Cutting through the roof to install a clerestory at the front reception desk brings in natural light and enhances the patient experience. Major structural revisions were one aspect that made this project challenging, but the great clients made it a fun experience for everyone.
